The Balanced Sessions is a series of health and wellness workshops, each with a different theme, aiming to give everyone attending an evening of movement, food and drink, networking and education. Each Session will bring you some form of movement class, local health and wellness vendors, food, drink, networking and an education seminar with wellness experts. Come join us for an evening mini-retreat to help you find your own balance of self-care and learn from some of the best Vancouver has to offer.
